While at USC, Franklin interned at Overbrook Entertainment, working with Will Smith and James Lassiter. After graduation, he accepted a full-time position at Overbrook, gaining valuable experience in the entertainment industry. He later worked as a junior executive at Edmonds Entertainment, further honing his skills in film production.
